TMSA’s Jennifer Karpus-Romain Named Recipient of 2025 Women in Supply Chain Award for Fourth Consecutive Year

NORTH OLMSTED, Ohio (September 8, 2025) – The Transportation Marketing & Sales Association (TMSA) proudly announces that Jennifer Karpus-Romain, Executive Director of TMSA, has been named one of the 2025 Women in Supply Chain by Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive. This marks the fourth year in a row Karpus-Romain has received this honor, underscoring her sustained leadership, influence, and contributions to the supply chain industry.

This prestigious award honors female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship, and examples set a foundation for women across all levels of a company’s supply chain network.

Both Karpus-Romain and Dabrowski were recognized in the Workforce Innovator category, highlighting their contributions to building talent pipelines and advancing professional development across the industry.
